Lynne's enthusiastic and interactive style as a training facilitator maximises participation and achieves results through positive involvement.

While some of the content of these programmes is, by definition, fact-based, she brings them to life with interesting anecdotes, real life stories and numerous examples of good practice. Her approach is described as practical, honest and objective and focuses on what participants really need to learn. Lynne is also keen to bring her training programmes alive with actors creating high impact and poignancy.

Lynne has worked extensively with a wide range of clients in the public, private and third sectors; in addition, she is a business mentor for the Princes Trust and a volunteer consultant for Young Enterprise.

She is also a member of the Council of Management for the Birmingham Centre for Business Ethics; all of which brings breadth and depth to her work as an equality and diversity specialist.
