Frances is able to bring warmth, humour and common sense to what can sometimes be complex and sensitive subjects. Her training style and approach to working with clients is also underpinned by unquestionable expertise and credibility.

Frances has worked in the inter-related fields of economic regeneration, equality and disability for over 15 years. A psychology graduate, Frances is now undertaking an Executive MBA at Ashridge Business School. As Head of Equality at the London Development Agency she developed an excellent reputation with stakeholders and was a regular conference speaker, sought after for her ability to inspire and engage with the audience.
