Michael Cooney

Michael has a broad understanding of training and development, having joined Righttrack in 1989 with a previous successful 14 year career in sales and general management. Since then he has managed over 150 significant HR, management development and sales training projects spanning private and public sectors.

His role involves the strategic and commercial development of Righttrack, both in the UK and the Middle East.

Mike is the ‘father’ of the office, he brings his own views, and own brand of humour to the team.

Outside work, Michael is a keen rugby follower, enjoys overseas travel and engineering new recipes in the kitchen.
