Kasmin Cooney OBE

Kasmin is a founding director of Righttrack, working as a Training and Development consultant since 1988. Her time is split between management of client projects and developing business in the UK and in the Middle East.

In 2011, Kasmin was awarded an OBE for services to Training and to Exports.

Kasmin is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and is recognised for her experience and expertise, for creating innovative learning and development solutions and for her entrepreneurial skills.

In the office Kasmin is known for her compassion and sensitivity on one hand, and for her single mindedness and determination on the other.

Kasmin has two children and enjoys outdoor activities, keeping fit and travelling abroad.
