Our Approach

For over 20 years Righttrack has been forming partnerships and close working relationships with our clients to design learning interventions and consultancy activity that is bespoke to each client’s unique requirements.

We do not take any action until we understand our client inside out. We take time to understand important things such as the client corporate culture, vision and direction. People are important to us, so we like to know about the roles and responsibilities of the different delegate groups and the challenges they face in their day to day work. We try and know as much about our clients as they know about themselves and on occasions, more than they know about themselves. We like our clients to feel they have an extended training department and that the Righttrack team are part and parcel of their team.

We value honest straightforward feedback and do the same in return. We put each valued customer at the heart of all we do and lavish time and effort on the detail. We like hassle free days, so we work hard to do the right thing, first time.

We aim for a life cycle with each client, not just a one project affair.

So how can you deal with us? Talk to us is the first step, we do not charge for telephone or initial face to face meetings. If the project is to be tendered for, then invite us to respond.
